Mineiro \/ Copa Canh&atilde;o em Cabo Verde, MG, organizado pelo atleta e professor Agostinho Melo. L&aacute; tive oportunidade de examinar e observar o uso de camisas de supino variadas, mas predominantemente as da marca <a href=\" http:\/\/www.canhaobenchpress.com\/ \">Canh&atilde;o<\/a>. <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">Embora eu j&aacute; conhecesse a marca, n&atilde;o havia ainda visto uma variedade grande de modelos e exemplares, produzidos em &eacute;pocas diferentes. A marca tem alguns anos e, posso estar enganda, mas parece-me que as inova&ccedil;&otilde;es tecnol&oacute;gicas mais marcantes foram introduzidas nos dois ou tr&ecirc;s &uacute;ltimos.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">&Eacute; importante, em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o a esta fabrica&ccedil;&atilde;o, distinguir entre &ldquo;modelo&rdquo; e &ldquo;exemplar&rdquo;. O modelo se refere ao tipo de material, tipo de gola, abertura, n&uacute;mero de camadas e outras caracter&iacute;sticas estruturais. No entanto, como diferente de outras marcas de camisa de supino, o corte, encaixe da manga e medidas s&atilde;o inteiramente customizadas. N&atilde;o existem duas &ldquo;T-Rex&rdquo; id&ecirc;nticas, por exemplo.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">Para clarificar, fa&ccedil;o uma compara&ccedil;&atilde;o com as famosas e excelentes camisas Titan. Eu classifico as camisas Titan, cujos modelos testei todos, da seguinte forma: em primeiro lugar em termos de &ldquo;permissividade de movimento&rdquo; vem a Fury de 1 pano, descrita pelo fabricante como boa para qualquer estilo mas mais adequada ao supino sem arco (&ldquo;flatbencher&rdquo;). Em seguida temos a F6 (da qual existem v&aacute;rios sub-modelos), que &eacute; mais adequada ao atleta que executa um supino arqueado, embora ainda permita uma varia&ccedil;&atilde;o maior de angula&ccedil;&otilde;es das articula&ccedil;&otilde;es de cotovelo e ombro, bem como encaixe e ponto de contato com o corpo do atleta. Finalmente temos as Katanas &ndash; A\/S para supinos arqueados e S\/S para supinos sem arco. As Katanas, cujo material &eacute; mais consistente, possui um corte diferente, com uma tor&ccedil;&atilde;o de costura sob o triceps, que praticamente &ldquo;for&ccedil;a&rdquo; o movimento do atleta. Uma outra descri&ccedil;&atilde;o seria a de que ela favorece t&atilde;o fortemente um determinado movimento e prejudica tanto qualquer outro que o atleta s&oacute; pode tirar grande ou nenhum benef&iacute;cio do equipamento. Assim, a Titan tem &ldquo;modelos&rdquo;, e n&atilde;o &ldquo;exemplares&rdquo;. Ainda que o atleta encomende uma camisa sob medida, ser&atilde;o as medidas dele dentro do corte geral da camisa que escolher.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">A fabrica&ccedil;&atilde;o <a href=\"http:\/\/ http:\/\/www.canhaobenchpress.com\/ \">Canh&atilde;o <\/a>n&atilde;o funciona assim. Todas as camisas s&atilde;o encomendadas e feitas sob medida, mas n&atilde;o existem modelos no sentido descrito acima. Um mesmo modelo pode ser feito para um atleta de pegada aberta ou fechada, encaixe alto ou baixo, movimento triceptal ou com &ecirc;nfase no deltoide, ondula&ccedil;&atilde;o exc&ecirc;ntrica\/conc&ecirc;ntrica com a articula&ccedil;&atilde;o do cotovelo &ldquo;fora-dentro&rdquo; ou &ldquo;dentro-fora&rdquo;. Enfim: o molde &eacute; determinado pela mec&acirc;nica do movimento de cada atleta espec&iacute;fico. Assim, um flatbencher e um supinador arqueado podem, ambos, utilizar uma camisa de modelo T-Rex. No entanto, o molde utilizado para cada um variar&aacute;.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">N&atilde;o sei como isso &eacute; feito &ndash; n&atilde;o sou fabricante de equipamento e sim atleta e estudiosa dos levantamentos. Nessa qualidade, formei uma opini&atilde;o muito positiva das camisas de fabrica&ccedil;&atilde;o Canh&atilde;o, que competem bem com as importadas. A utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o de m&uacute;ltiplas camadas, feita tamb&eacute;m por fabricantes estrangeiros, no caso das camisas Canh&atilde;o &eacute;, em alguns modelos, um mecanismo para gerar um tipo espec&iacute;fico de resist&ecirc;ncia. Por incr&iacute;vel que possa parecer a algu&eacute;m que n&atilde;o manipulou estes materiais, uma &aacute;rea de m&uacute;ltipla camada trelissada pode oferecer menos resist&ecirc;ncia e mais elasticidade do que uma &uacute;nica camada de NXG (tecido patenteado da Titan).<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">Percebe-se assim que este fabricante nacional utiliza a criatividade com o material dispon&iacute;vel e poss&iacute;vel para criar o efeito mec&acirc;nico de prote&ccedil;&atilde;o e carry-over do qual o atleta de supino necessita. <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\">A maior novidade &eacute; uma nova camisa de duas camadas, de material novo, de boa resist&ecirc;ncia e leve.
